License for Use of Digital Products

Thank you for purchasing digital products from IndSource Inc (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using our digital products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following License for Use of Digital Products (“License”). Please read this License carefully before using our digital products.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchasing a digital product from IndSource Inc, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, access, and use the digital product for your personal or internal business use only. This license is subject to the following conditions:

This License is effective until terminated. IndSource Inc reserves the right to terminate this License at any time if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the digital product and destroy any copies in your possession.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The digital product is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. IndSource Inc does not warrant that the digital product will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndSource Inc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the digital product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this License shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
